He has taken the time to truly understand our business, offering superb ideas that have helped shape our strategic direction.

Nigel Henry,
Founder & CEO, Fusion.

Nick helped me navigate from a major role at my organisation to the next phase of my life.

He has a rare ability to create a space that was safe, empathetic, genuinely caring, respectful, and trusting – qualities that are essential, but rarely so consistently felt. Nick’s strength lies in his balanced and deeply attuned presence. He listens, hears and helps process the conversations. He hears not just the words, but to what’s between the – facilitating both conscious and unconscious reflection.

Importantly, he brought warmth and a sense of playful clever humour to our sessions. This made all the difference in helping me make the most of what I’ve come to think of as my ‘fourth stage’, a place of integration and renewed purpose. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking for supervision that is both clinically robust and deeply human.

Dr Shelley Gilbert MBE

Founder, Grief Encounter

Without Nick’s advice and guidance, I would not have reached the present stage in my career.  Nick provided me with the safest of environments to be able to explore with him what I really wanted out of life, as well as what my short and long term ambitions were.

He gave me steady guidance and facilitated a process which allowed me to work it out for myself, whilst – throughout – being completely trustworthy and without judgment.  I will forever be in Nick’s debt for the time and dedication he gave, to help me on my journey; and I would without hesitation recommend him to anybody seeking the same.
